Kanelboller / Norwegische Zimtschnecken

I make these when my friends who also like cooking have stayed the night, and they’re always so much fun to make, and even MORE fun to EAT! :)

These look SO delicious! These are very similar to the Finnish rolls I used to eat as a kid – divine :D
I know everyone hates this question, but is it possible to sub the yeast for baking powder/soda? I don’t react well for some reason to it and my MIL won’t eat stuff with yeast in it, so then I can’t share!

It is possible, but it will change the texture.

    They look amazing!

Can you please tell me how many grams are in 1 package of dry yeast? I think it may change from place to place and it prevents me from trying this kind of good recipes.
