They made me super nostalgic and reminded me of the time I spent as an exchange student at the university of Oslo.   • In the comments you can find the recipe for these Gingerbread Protein Bars which I posted earlier this week. I like to grab them as a snack that keeps me going longer than a granola bar and they also taste much better that a store bought protein bar. If you use the lower amount of protein powder each bar will give you roughly 7 grams of protein.
  • I am stepping far out of my comfort zone with these vegan and added sugar-free protein bars. (Let's not kid ourselves here though. Still enough sugar in there from lots of dates.) If you want tge recipe, leave a comment!
